Welcome to the VEYA Sonic Journey.
This is a guided experience designed to move you through the seven body zones of the VEYA Method — from Foundation to Presence — each paired with a resonant frequency.
You may listen to each frequency on the VEYA Soundscapes page while following this guide, or you may read the script aloud and allow your own voice to carry the tone.
Allow approximately 15 minutes. Find a comfortable seated or lying position. Close your eyes. Begin when you are ready.

Feel your body against the surface beneath you. Notice the weight, the pressure, the temperature of what holds you up. Breathe slowly and deeply into your lower belly. You are held. You are safe. You are here. There is nothing to do. Nothing to solve. Just this moment, this body, this breath.

Notice the space around your head — the crown, the boundary between you and everything else. Breathe and feel that boundary soften. You are not separate from what surrounds you. You are awareness itself, temporarily held in a body. Sit in this knowing. Beyond identity, beyond performance, beyond doing. Simply being. This is the zone where all others converge.

Closing
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold it for three counts.
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
Bring your awareness back to your body — your hands, your feet, the surface beneath you. Wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready, gently open your eyes.
You have moved through all seven zones. What you felt was real. What shifted is worth returning to. The practice is the doorway. You are the one who walks through.
